New Leaves

Once the buds open, the soft delicate leaves grow quickly. In the sunlight they glow bright gold. Everything is new. What happened in the past, is in the past. Now it's time to begin again; fresh leaves and a fresh start.

New Leaves: The Beginning

I've always been drawn to the soft bright green leaves of spring and the rich symbolism behind it all. I figured what better way to start a blog featuring my favorite tree photos than to start off with the New Leaves Series I did this spring.
